Endower’s Conditions for Trusteeship Eligibility
- The trusteeship of the endowment shall be for my son Muhammad and his male and female descendants eligible for trusteeship, generation after generation, as long as the trustee resides in the city of Mecca.
- Public endowment.
- I have the right to benefit from the endowment during my lifetime, spending from it on myself and whomever I wish, and using it for housing and providing housing for others.
