Towards a Sustainable Regulation of the WAQF Sector in the Kingdom
The establishment of the General Authority for Awqaf came as a natural extension of the ongoing development of the Waqf sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mandated by a Council of Ministers' resolution, the Authority assumes its role as an independent regulatory body dedicated to supervising, regulating, and empowering Awqaf to achieve their sustainable developmental impact.
