1- Submit Report: Begin by filling out the reporting form via The authority's e-service portal and providing all available information.
2- Initial Verification: Our team will review the report to ensure there are no prior records of this Waqf.
3- Field Visit: An inspection tour and site visit will be conducted to verify the actual condition of the Waqf.
4- Study and Recommendation: The report will be evaluated from both a legal and Sharia perspective to issue a recommendation for establishing the Waqf.
5- Notification and Result: You will receive a text message with the outcome of the report. If proven valid, we will contact you regarding the designated reward.
Please attach any available evidence (e.g., a copy of the ownership deed, Waqf deed, utility clearance certificates such as electricity or water, or any other documents supporting the existence of the Waqf).
1- The Waqf must be de facto or de jure unknown (having no Nazir).
2- The Waqf must fall within the scope specified in Article Three of the “Rules for Reporting Unknown Awqaf.”
3- The Waqf must not be previously registered or known to the Authority.
4- The report must directly lead to the discovery of suspended Waqf expenditure channels due to its disappearance or loss of endowment status.
5- The reporter must provide documents or supporting evidence proving the validity of the report and the existence of the Waqf through credible and legally recognized means of proof.
6- There must be no active lawsuit regarding the Waqf’s supervision or entitlement, nor a final judgment issued within the last 5 years.
7- In the event of multiple reporters for the same Waqf, priority is given to the first to file, unless the Authority determines otherwise.
