1- Submit Report: Begin by filling out the electronic reporting form and providing us with all available information regarding the unregistered Waqf.
2- Receipt and Sorting: The report is received and matched against the approved regulatory rules for processing reports.
3- Study and Verification: The specialized team will study the provided information and verify the Waqf's legal status.
4- Field Inspection: If necessary, a field visit will be conducted to assess and inspect the Waqf.
5- Recommendation and Notification: The report is evaluated, and an appropriate recommendation is raised regarding the Waqf's registration, while notifying you of the report's status once processing is complete.
1- The report must fulfill all conditions and controls stipulated in the "Rules for Processing Reports" issued by the Authority.
2- The report must be submitted regarding a Waqf that has not been previously registered in the records of the General Authority for Awqaf.
1- A copy of the Waqf Deed.
2- A copy of the Supervision (Nazir) Deed (if available).
3- Attachment of any documents, photos, or supporting circumstantial evidence that reinforces the validity of the report and proves the Waqf's existence.
