3- Fill out Form: Complete the required information in the designated fields based on your Waqf's size classification.

4- Attach Files: Upload the required financial documents within the form.

5- Submit: Verify the accuracy of the data, then submit your request for approval.

3- The Authority commits to treating all submitted financial data with the utmost confidentiality and privacy.

1- For Large and Medium Awqaf: Audited financial statements certified by a legal accountant licensed by the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).

2- For Small and Direct-Benefit Awqaf: Completion of the "Annual Financial Statement Form" designated for Waqf revenues and expenses (the form can be downloaded from the service page).
