1- Submit Request: Begin by filling out the electronic service form, clarifying the nature of the required consultation.
2- Attach Files: Upload all documents relevant to the subject of the consultation.
3- Submit: Verify the accuracy of the attached information, then submit your request for review.
4- Technical Review: Our specialized team will study the request and verify the fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
5- Result: You will be informed of the decision to accept the request and provided with the required consultation (either in writing via the platform or by phone).
1- The Waqf must not have sufficient yield or revenue to cover legal fees.
2- The request must be submitted by (the Endower, the Supervisor, or a legal agent for either).
3- Support is limited to requesting legal or judicial consultation and does not include cases filed against the Waqf supervisor or personal entitlement claims.
4- The subject of the request must not have a final judicial ruling issued on it, nor be under consideration against a Waqf entity.
5- The applicant bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data and documents, and the Authority may take regulatory action if any information is proven false or if material information is concealed.
6- This service is a support initiative by the Authority, which has the discretionary right to accept or reject the request without providing reasons.
