1- Log in: Sign in through The authority's e-service portal.
2- Select Service: Choose "Fundraising License" from the developmental services list.
3- Complete Data: Enter the campaign details and attach the required documents accurately.
4- Review: The request will be reviewed to ensure it meets all regulatory requirements.
5- Approval by Authorized Persons: Supervisors/authorized persons will be notified to approve the request electronically.
6- Bank Account: After approval, enter the details of the bank account designated for fundraising.
7- License Issuance: The final fundraising license will be issued to start the campaign.
1- For the Waqf Sector: The Waqf must be registered with the Authority, hold a Unified National Number, and be classified as a "Public/Charitable" Waqf.
2- For the Non-Profit Sector: The society must be licensed by its competent authority and hold a Unified National Number.
3- Administrative Compliance: The Waqf Certificate or the society's license must be valid, and there must be a verified national address.
4- Governance: Approval is required from all supervisors, endowers, or authorized persons within the society.
5- Responsibility: The entity must not have a fundraising license issued within the past 6 months, nor have another application currently under review.
