1- Log in: Access The authority’s e-service portal.
2- Submit Application: File the Waqf registration request and attach the required documents.
3- Review: The Authority's specialists will evaluate your application.
4- Modifications: Should there be any observations, the application will be returned to you to complete the necessary updates.
5- Issuance: Upon fulfilling all requirements, the application is verified, and the Waqf Certificate is issued.
1- The Waqf Deed must be documented and approved by the competent court (Ministry of Justice).
2- Complete and accurate information regarding the Waqf assets and its beneficiaries must be provided.
3- If the Endower (Waqif) is non-Saudi, the Supervisor (Nazir) must hold Saudi citizenship.
- The Waqf Deed, including the Waqf's name and the Endower's conditions.
- Or the Will and Ownership Deed (if applicable).
