1- Log in: Access the Authority’s e-services portal.
2- Select Service: Choose the "Assigning Waqf Supervision to the Authority (Tanzeer)" service from the supervision services menu.
3- Fill out Form: Complete the required fields in the electronic form, clarifying the reasons for the assignment request.
4-Review: Verify the accuracy of the entered information and data, then submit the request.
5- Notification: You will receive a text message regarding the status and outcome of the request immediately after the legal and Sharia review is concluded.
1- The Waqf must be registered and approved by the Authority, with a valid Waqf Certificate.
2- Official approval must be issued by the current Supervisors (Nodhar) to assign supervision to the Authority.
3- There must be an absence of legitimate beneficiaries to assume supervision, or a lack of willingness on their part to do so.
4- The Endower's condition regarding supervision cannot be applied due to the condition's interruption, its contradiction with Sharia or the law, or any other valid legal justification.
Attachment of all documents and records related to the case or those proving the inability to continue supervision (if applicable).
