2- Select Service: Choose "Intervention in a Pending Case" from the judicial services menu.
3- Fill out Data: Complete the designated intervention form and attach all required judicial and Waqf documents.
4- Review: Ensure the accuracy of the legal documents and data before submitting the request.
5- Notification: You will receive a text message regarding the status of the request after it is reviewed by the competent legal department.
1- The lawsuit must be active (pending).
2- The lawsuit must relate to establishing or invalidating a Waqf, or a will containing a Waqf.
3- Commitment to attaching all relevant documents and records (ownership deeds, Waqf deeds, Supervision deeds, hearing transcripts, and judicial memorandums).
4- GAA holds the discretionary power to accept or reject the intervention request based on what serves the Waqf's best interest.
5- The request must be submitted exclusively via the Authority's e-services portal.
1- Proof that the case is pending at the primary litigation stage (and pleadings have not been closed).
2- Copies of all Waqf documents (ownership deeds, Waqf deeds, Supervision deeds).
3- Hearing transcripts and all documents related to the facts of the case.
