1- Login: Log in securely via the National Unified Access portal to access the E-services portal.
2- Application Submission: Enter the required data and attach the supporting documents and credentials proving your entitlement.
3- Declaration: Acknowledge the declaration and pledge the complete accuracy of the entered data.
4- Submit Application: Forward your request for review. You will receive a text message with the result of your request.
1- The applicant must be a rightful beneficiary of the Family Waqf based on the exact text of the Waqif's stipulation.
2- The Family Waqf must be under the Nazarah of the General Authority for Awqaf.
3- The applicant must possess an active bank account registered in their own name.
4- In the event of adding dependents, it is strictly required that each dependent possesses a dedicated bank account to successfully complete the procedures.
5- Provision of an active bank account (IBAN) in the name of the applicant, or in the name of the dependent if the registration is on their behalf.
6- There must be no existing (under-processing) application for the same beneficiary regarding the same Waqf.
1- Attachment of evidence proving the beneficiary's connection to the Waqf (e.g., a Heirs Enumeration Deed, a judicial ruling confirming entitlement, or proof of previous disbursement transactions).
2- Additional documents supporting the applicant's eligibility (as deemed necessary).
3- In the case of registering a "Dependent": Attach the family registry, Guardianship Deed (Wilayah), Custody Deed (Hadanah), or Wardship Deed (Wisayah).
4- A Custody Deed (Hadanah) verifying the mother's legal status, specifically in the event she submits an application on behalf of her children as beneficiaries
