عقد مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للأوقاف اليوم الأربعاء الموافق 2 ذو القعدة 1443هـ اجتماعه العشرين برئاسة معالي وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للأوقاف المهندس أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي، وحضور أعضاء المجلس.
تناول الاجتماع عدداً من الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال، حيث ناقش المجلس تقرير الأداء الاستثماري لشركة أوقاف للاستثمار لعام 2021م، واطلع على سير العمل في مشروع حصر أعيان الأوقاف، واعتمد تكوين لجنة شرعية لدى الهيئة ترتبط بمجلس الإدارة، بالإضافة إلى عدد من الموضوعات ذات العلاقة.
واختتم المجلس اجتماعه بالحث على بذل الجهود لتحقيق مستهدفات التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وفق رؤية المملكة 2030، وتمكين القطاع الوقفي من تعظيم أثر الأوقاف وضمان استدامته المالية، وتعزيز مكانة الأوقاف بين أفراد المجتمع.
