أطلقت الهيئة العامة للأوقاف الإصدار الثاني لمشروع قواعد الإبلاغ عن الأوقاف المجهولة عبر منصة "استطلاع" التابعة للمركز الوطني للتنافسية، وذلك من أجل استطلاع الرأي وأخذ مرئيات العموم عن المشروع لتوائم تطلعات المهتمين والواقفين في القطاع الوقفي.
وتستهدف الهيئة من طرحها للمشروع بوضع إطار تنظيمي لعملية الإبلاغ عن الأوقاف المجهولة ومعالجة شاملة للبلاغات بالإضافة إلى معالجة الأوقاف التي تعطلت مصارفها لاندثارها، أو لاختفاء وقفيتها.
كما قد نشرت الهيئة العامة للأوقاف الإصدار الأول من مشروع قواعد الإبلاغ عن الأوقاف المجهولة في عام 1441هـ وذلك انطلاقا من استراتيجيتها التي تحرص على تحديث الأنظمة واللوائح لملاءمة الاحتياجات الراهنة لقطاع الأوقاف.
ويمكن للعموم والمهتمين بالقطاع الوقفي الاطلاع على الإصدار الثاني من مشروع قواعد الإبلاغ عن الأوقاف المجهولة، وإبداء المرئيات وتقديم المقترحات من خلال موقع منصة "استطلاع " التابعة للمركز الوطني للتنافسية، وذلك في موعد أقصاه 25 يومًاً من تاريخه.
