وقّعت الهيئة العامة للأوقاف اليوم الاثنين 18 شعبان 1443هـ مذكرة تفاهم مع وزارة الحج والعمرة تهدف إلى التعاون بين الطرفين في عدد من المجالات الموجّهة لخدمة الحاج والمعتمر؛ بما يتوافق مع شروط الواقفين.
جرت مراسم توقيع مذكرة التفاهم ضمن فعاليات مؤتمر ومعرض خدمات الحج والعمرة المقام في محافظة جدة برعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير خالد الفيصل مستشار خادم الحرمين الشريفين أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة، ومثّل وزارة الحج والعمرة معالي نائب الوزير الدكتور عبدالفتاح بن سليمان مشاط، ومثّل الهيئة العامة للأوقاف سعادة محافظ الهيئة الأستاذ عماد بن صالح الخراشي.
وتتضمن مذكرة التفاهم عدداً من الخدمات الموجّهة للحجاج والمعتمرين؛ تتمثل بالتعاون في رصد احتياجات الحاج والمعتمر وفرص التطوير في هذه الرحلة الإيمانية، والتعاون في تصميم وتطوير منتجات وبرامج ومشاريع موجّهة لضيوف الرحمن وفقاً لشرط الواقف، إضافة إلى تطوير قدرات المنظمات غير الربحية العاملة في مجال خدمة الحجاج والمعتمرين تحت إشراف الوزارة، والتعاون في تفعيل مرصد القطاع غير الربحي لرصد جهود القطاع في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
كما نصّت مذكرة التفاهم على التعاون في دراسة عدد من المشاريع النوعيّة الموجهة لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، ومنها: تأسيس منصة توعوية للقادمين للحج والعمرة، وتأسيس صندوق وقفي لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن، ومشروع منصة تدريب وتأهيل العاملين في الحج والعمرة، ومشروع إعادة تدوير الملابس والإحرامات المستعملة في المشاعر المقدسة، بالإضافة إلى دراسة مشروع تأسيس مصنع للإحرام الصحي الوقفي (بتقنية النانو)، ومشروع سقيا المياه في الحج، ومشروع حياكم لخدمة ذوي الإعاقة وكبار السن من الحجاج والمعتمرين.
ويأتي توقيع المذكرة بين الطرفين في إطار حرص حكومة المملكة على بذل كافة الجهود في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، والارتقاء بتجربة الحاج والمعتمر وفق أرقى المعايير منذ بدء الرحلة الإيمانية وحتى انتهائها، وصولاً إلى تحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030 في تمكين 30 مليون معتمر من تجربة إيمانية مميزة.
