طرحت الهيئة العامة للأوقاف اليوم الخميس مشروع نظام الأوقاف، من أجل إستطلاع الرأي وأخذ مرئيات العموم عبر منصة "استطلاع" التابعة للمركز الوطني للتنافسية.
وتهدف الهيئة من طرحها لمشروع نظام الأوقاف بأن يكون الإطار التنظيمي المتكامل للأوقاف بجميع أشكالها في المملكة وفق أفضل التجارب الدولية، كما تهدف إلى تحديد مهام ومسؤوليات الأطراف ذوي العلاقة بالقطاع الوقفي.
وحرصت الهيئة من خلال مشروع نظام الاوقاف على تعظيم الأثر للوقف بتسهيل إجراءاته ومعالجة تحدياته، مع التوجيه والتعزيز لمصارف الأوقاف حسب شروط الواقف، وهو ما يسهم في تحقيق الاستدامة المالية للوقف، كما سيدعم هذا المشروع في جذب المزيد من الواقفين عبر توسيع مجالات الوقف وتنويع مصارفه، وأيضاً توفير قطاع مهني متقدم يساعد على تأهيل واكتساب المهارات للعاملين في القطاع.
ويقدم مشروع نظام الأوقاف العديد من الضمانات لحماية شروط الواقفين وضمان تنفيذها وعدم مخالفتها، وحماية اصوله عبر وضع إجراءات حوكمة عالية الفعالية، بالإضافة إلى حماية حقوق المستفيدين من الأوقاف، مع تحديد مسؤوليات و حقوق النظار.
ويمكن للعموم والمهتمين بالقطاع الوقفي، الإطلاع على مشروع نظام الأوقاف، وإبداء الرأي، وتقديم المقترحات؛ من خلال موقع منصة استطلاع التابعة للمركز الوطني للتنافسية، وذلك في موعد أقصاه 25 يوماً من تاريخه.
