وقّعت الهيئة العامة للأوقاف اتفاقية تعاون مع الرئاسة العامة لهيئة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر بديوان الرئاسة يوم الأحد 17 شعبان 1443هـ، بحضور معالي الرئيس العام لهيئة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر الشيخ الدكتور عبد الرحمن بن عبد الله السند، ومحافظ الهيئة العامة للأوقاف الأستاذ عماد بن صالح الخراشي.
ووقع الاتفاقية من جانب الهيئة العامة للأوقاف نائب المحافظ لقطاع المصارف والبرامج التنموية الأستاذ عبدالرحمن بن محمد العقيِّل، ومن جانب الرئاسة العامة وكيل الرئاسة للتخطيط والتطوير الشيخ عبدالله الشراحيلي.
وتُعنى الاتفاقية بتقديم الدعم لمشروع "المصليات المتنقلة" الذي يختص بتأمين وتجهيز 10 مصليات متنقلة للرئاسة العامة في الأماكن التي تحتاج إلى مصليات، وتنفَّذ فيها برامج توعوية مصاحبة.
وتأتي اتفاقية التعاون بين الجهتين في إطار سعي الهيئة العامة للأوقاف لدعم المشاريع النوعية وتوجيه مصارف الأوقاف نحو برامج عالية الأثر، وتحقيقاً لرسالة الأمر بالمعروف التي تسعى الرئاسة العامة إلى تعزيزها بين أفراد المجتمع.
