نظمت الهيئة العامة للأوقاف اليوم الاثنين ورشة عمل بعنوان الوقف النقدي المؤقت والمؤبد بمقر الهيئة بالرياض بحضور أصحاب المعالي والفضيلة الشيخ عبد الله المنيع والشيخ عبد الله المطلق والشيخ د. صالح بن حميد والشيخ د. عبد الله العمراني.
واشتملت الورشة على كلمة لسعادة محافظ الهيئة الأستاذ عماد الخراشي، وعرضاً لملخص الدراسة ولمنتج الصندوق الوقفي الذكي تلت ذلك مناقشات ومرئيات اصحاب المعالي والفضيلة المشاركين بالورشة عن مشروع الصندوق الرقمي
ويأتي تنظيم الهيئة العامة للأوقاف لهذه الورشة في إطار الاستفادة من المدخرات المالية في تنمية الأوقاف، وخدمة الوقف المؤسسي، وتعزيز أهداف الهيئة العامة للأوقاف في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وفق رؤية المملكة 2030.
يشار الى أن الصندوق الوقفي الذكي الرقمي يهدف إلى توفير أدوات تمويلية للمؤسسات الوقفية بصفة خاصة والقطاع غير الربحي بصفة عامة، من خلال ابتكار آليات جديدة بناء على فقه الوقف النقدي الدائم والمؤقت، لتوفير القروض الحسنة للمؤسسات الوقفية، من خلال جمع أموال نقدية موقوفة من المشتركين (الواقفين)؛ لإقامة مشاريع ذات أثر اجتماعي، وجدوى اقتصادية.
