وقعت الهيئة العامة للأوقاف اليوم الإثنين اتفاقية تعاون مشترك مع الأمن العام لدعم مشروع نظام التوجيه الإلكتروني لتحسين تجربة الحجاج والمعتمرين و إدارة حركة الحشود بفعالية في داخل وخارج الحرم المكي لتسهيل الوصول للحرم المكي وأداء الشعائر بيسر وسهولة وطمأنينة.
مثّل الأمن العام معالي الفريق محمد بن عبد الله البسامي، مدير الأمن العام. فيما مثّل الهيئة العامة للأوقاف في توقيع الاتفاقية سعادة محافظ الهيئة الأستاذ عماد بن صالح الخراشي. وشارك في حضور فعالية توقيع الاتفاقية سعادة الرئيس التنفيذي لبرنامج خدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن من خلال تركيب ودعم وتوريد الأجهزة والشاشات التي تساعد في عمليات التوجيه والإرشاد الإلكتروني للحشود داخل وخارج ساحات المسجد الحرام وربطها بنظام التحكم الخاص بغرفة عمليات إدارة الحشود، مما يساهم في تسهيل وصول ضيوف الرحمن إلى الحرم الشريف دون التعرض إلي أخطار كثافة الحشود.
يذكر أن الهيئة العامة للأوقاف تعمل على تعزيز دور الأوقاف في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن، وإبراز الجهود في تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة لهم للإسهام في توفير تجربة استثنائية للحجاج والمعتمرين في المسجد الحرام.
